Most mornings I wake up to a lunch already prepared for me to take to school, complete with snacks to keep me from getting sick during teaching. When I come home from my exhausting days teaching, I am met with a hug, kiss, and sometimes even dinner ready for the eating. On weekends when he is struggling to complete his own homework before the Sabbath, I find him spending time folding laundry, doing dishes and patiently listening to my complaints about my responsibilities and morning sickness (more like all day sickness).
It just makes me smile to know how lucky I am to be loved my him. Don't think I'm making excuses to be a couch potato just because I'm pregnant. The amazing thing is, I don't ever expect him to do anything for me, but he chooses to willingly, day after day. I feel the need to announce my gratitude for such a man.
Guess what? It's okay to be a couch potato when pregnant! Besides, it sounds like you are far from couch potato status. It's so easy to get run down and sick if you over do it. So good job giving yourself some rest! And thanks Jarett for taking care of my sis!
